Boy Howdy!

This is a page where we'll collect some cool links you might want to check out. Some are bands we like (local and otherwise) and some are just stuff you might find interesting.

Let us know what you think or if you have any ideas for other links. Thanks!

Click on the underlined names and it'll take you to the sites...

The Tarzan Bros. Online Store (offline at the moment): This is the place all the coolest kids go to get the latest hip TarzanBroCo. Fashions. Currently the TarzanFabFive are hard at work designing a new and incredibly flattering T-shirt to be sold on-line and at shows. Studies have shown that wearing our gear makes you 37% more desirable to the opposite sex. It also flattens your tummy and promotes World Peace... What more do you need?

Rattle OK : Some new and old friends of ours. Please remember to ask for them by name - They're just the right size!

Skatos : This is Mark's son's band. They're very cool and have several CD's you might want to check out.

Karen Savoca : This is our friends Pete and Karen's website. I'm sure most of you have heard them, but if not...you've got some splainin' to do.

The Hi-Risers : Maybe the greatest band ever...yeah, really...and they're from Rochester...so no excuses...

Big Sandy & His Fly-Rite Boys : A great band we've seen quite a few times. They've played locally at the Dinosaur. Sort of a Rockabilly/Country/Rock & Roll combination that's all about fun.

NRBQ : One of our favorite bands. Not to be missed live. Hard to describe them other than to say if there is anything cooler in this universe, I haven't seen it. They are the Most Ut.

Dave's Album Site : This is our good friend (And 5th Tarzan Bro) Dave B's website where he lists his extensive CD collection. Very comprehensive with pictures, notes, personnel, etc. etc. etc. Give it a look-see...make Dave think that it was worth all of the thousands of dollars that he spent.

SubCat Studios : This is where we recorded our Demo CD and we had a great experience there. They're very professional, have great equipment and do a nice job. Look them up if you have any recording needs.

Southern Culture On The Skids : Another great band we've seen quite a few times. Hillbilly Swamp Rock. Too much fun. Look at the website and you'll get the idea.

The Gonstermachers : This is our friend Leo Crandall's band. Lots of good players you'll recognize from the local scene. An interesting take on rootsy blues music. They just put out a new CD, so support your local bands and music stores by shelling out a couple of bucks. Also, be sure to see where they're playing and go see 'em !

The Shakedown Blues Band : One of Ralph's many other bands. He's a blues guitar god when he's not playing bass with the T. Bros.

The Bonecasters : Ralph's other blues band. When does he have time to sleep?

CNY Music Guide : Guide to local music, etc. Find out where your favorite bands are playing and lots of other useful stuff.

Los Straitjackets : America's Instrumental Combo. Another great fun band that's also played at the Dino quite a few times. Think The Ventures on steroids. Oh...and they wear Mexican wrestling masks while they do it.

Los Blancos : Another great local band that I'm sure you've heard or heard about, but, if not...why not?

Pollstar : A great place to check out concert dates coming to your, or any, town.

Robbie Fulks : Country the way it should be. A great songwriter and performer with a wicked sense of humor.

Rhino Records : If I had a million dollars... Punk, Funk, Junk and all stops in-between.

Marshall Crenshaw : Another favorite. If you like power pop and good music in general, you can't go wrong here.

Human Clock : A new way to tell time. Click and find out what time it is.
